Now the taiwanese company Wind Toys & Hobby as finally released it. The Falcon is Co-Axial so it's really easy to controll and can flight 8 minutes before you got to recharge the batteries. It's really fun to play with it indoor and in the garden but, since it uses BB balls, it's really important to wear the protection glasses...

For the first time an high-performance helicopter (not a toy) is integrated with a PC trough an USB interface. The USB link permits setting the helicopter transmitter programs, such as throttle curve, pitch curve, servo travel, gyro gain, through a personal computer. The Innovator software PC contains a simulator to learn how to flight and can also analyze the data recorded on the onboard control device during the flight.

The homebrew developer Peir Solar is going to release a new Mega Drive game. There will be two versions of this homebrew (both with MD cartridge and a Sega CD disc). The deluxe edition is called so because you get your name in the credits screen and printed inside the manual.

Mignonette is a do-it-yourself electronic game console, created by EVIL MAD SCIENTIST, Rolf van Widenfelt and Mitch Altman, to let every gamer out there learn about soldering, microcontrollers, and game programming.
The original idea comes from the Mignon Game Kit that was done in Germany several years ago. The Mignonette is based on an AVR microcontroller (either the ATmega88 or ATmega168) hooked up to drive a 5x7 bicolor red/green LED matrix display. Basically this is a 70 bits gaming console...

The sensor let the software tracking stars and planets in realtime. The software got also a voice recognition system so the user needs only to ask what planet, star or costellation he wants to watch and the StellarWindow will tell you how to point your computer in the right direction and will show a beautifull 3D view of the sky object you fancy.
